Not all bullying is obvious.

Cyberbullying and harmful behaviour can be subtle, repeated, or hidden from others. It may happen through messages, comments, or posts that are not always visible to adults or peers.

Because it does not always look the same as in-person bullying, it can be harder to recognize and address.

Take time to understand:

• What cyberbullying can look like in different spaces
• Why it may be harder to notice online
• How it can impact someone over time
• What steps can help respond to or report it
