We only collect personal information with your consent and knowledge. For example, when registering for an event or signing up to receive our newsletter, we collect the information you provide, such as full name and email address.
This is done to confirm your interest and preferences for participating in such projects and to enable direct communication.
As a non-for-profit organization, we will NOT use your information to carry out any commercial activity. If you supply us with any personal information such as your full name, email address, postal address and/or your telephone number, you will only receive correspondence from us regarding orders or programs that you wish to receive.
Cybersafety Academy
The Cybersafety Academy is an online learning website hosted through Moodle. When you create an account, enrol in a course, or participate in learning activities, we may collect information such as your name, email address, username, course enrolment details, activity progress, assessment results, submitted work, and communications made through the platform.
We collect and use this information to create and manage your account, provide access to courses and learning materials, track course participation and completion, issue certificates where applicable, provide learner support, and maintain the security and functionality of the Cybersafety Academy.
Your information will only be accessible to authorized staff, course administrators, instructors, and service providers where access is necessary to operate and support the Cybersafety Academy. We do not sell your personal information or use information collected through the Academy for unrelated commercial purposes.
Your learning records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer courses, verify participation or completion, meet organizational or legal requirements, and maintain accurate program records. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or operational requirements that require us to retain certain records.
By using the Cybersafety Academy, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you provide us with your email address, we securely store it in our database for the sole purpose of providing you with updates and communications related to our free resources and initiatives. We do not share or sell your email address to any third parties.
