Each session is interactive\, with real-time practice on your own phone\, tablet\, or laptop\, or you can borrow a device if needed. This six-part\, hands-on cybersafety series is designed to help you recognize\, avoid\, and recover from digital threats while confidently using the internet\, email\, apps\, banking\, and more. \n\nSession 4 Breakdown\nIn this session\, you will learn how to stay safer online by understanding both the benefits and risks of AI tools\, recognizing misinformation and disinformation\, and using reputable fact-checking sites to verify what you see. You will also explore practical ways to protect your privacy\, such as using white lies when websites request unnecessary details\, reviewing app permissions\, managing cookies\, and adjusting privacy settings on your accounts.
