What began as Data Privacy Day on January 28 to commemorate the 1981 signing of Convention 108, the first legally binding international treaty dealing with privacy and data protection, has now been expanded into a week-long initiative.
Data Privacy Week highlights the impact technology is having on our privacy rights and underlines the importance of valuing and protecting personal information.
